Here are our policies for shopping, all designed to give you the best shopping experience possible!
JK quality clothing promises to meet the demands of the most active children. Should any item of clothing not measure up to our high standards, simply return it within 60 days and we will happily provide you with a refund or exchange the item.
JK values the strong relationship that we have with our customers, and we respect your privacy as a consumer. We only collect information required to deliver superior service to you. We will never ask you to answer any intrusive personal questions. The information you provide to us is used for billing and delivery purposes and to measure customer interest in our products.
This information is kept private in our secure online system to which only trained and authorised staff have access.
At any time, you can advise us if you no longer wish to receive product information from JK Kids. Customers can advise us by calling our customer service team on 0508 22 55 55 for New Zealand, hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm or 1800 155 255, hours are Monday-Friday 7am-3pm AEST for Australia. When returning an item bought online, please return within 60 days of purchase and use the returns form that we include with your invoice with every parcel. Goods must be in unused and unwashed condition in original packaging.
We will then provide a refund or an exchange for the item that is returned within 60 days from the date of purchase for online orders. For store purchased items, a proof of purchase is required.
If your garment is faulty, please return within 6 Months of Purchase. Please wash faulty goods before returning. JK Kids reserves the right to determine the condition of the item before offering a refund or exchange.
Please ensure your parcel is correctly addressed to the Australian Depot (see address below) and has your return address on the parcel. Your completed returns form must be included, if you no longer have this please contact customer services for a replacement. We suggest you retain a copy of your postage receipt until your return has been processed.
We are interested to hear your feedback about our products so please tell us your reason for the return as this information is used to improve our product performance.
When you are reordering we recommend you shop online at www.jkonline.com.au. Please contact Customer Services if you require assistance.
Australian returns can take anywhere up to two to four weeks to be processed. This is due to the items having to be checked and cleared by customs in New Zealand.
PLEASE NOTE: There is no delivery charge for exchange on items incorrectly dispatched by JK Kids where:
- The product is faulty or does not meet our high quality standards through no fault of the customer
- the product is not the ordered colour or size
JK Kids will also refund the cost of return postage for faulty or incorrectly dispatched items up to $7.50 where a copy of the return postage receipt is included with the items.
All Other exchanges or re-orders will incur a delivery fee.
If you believe you have been sent incorrect items, please contact our customer service team. Returns/reorders are charged our standard delivery rates.
Lost Returns Parcels
We do not accept responsibility for parcels that do not reach us. If you believe your parcel has failed to reach us, please contact us by email with a copy of your postage receipt and details of your return.

All orders for products are subject to availability. Occasionally an item you have purchased may no longer be available. We will advise our customers that a size/style combination has 'sold out' and we will not charge your credit card for this. JK Kids Online is not able to offer back orders.
Online orders are usually processed and despatched in a maximum of 4 working days from ordering, usually sooner. We despatch every business day and depending on the volume of orders, the cut off time is 3pm the previous day.
We offer a standard delivery service with track and trace in New Zealand and Australia. Our standard delivery service provides parcel delivery within seven working days from day of despatch, although often it is much sooner than this.
For Australia the delivery charge is $5.00, with all but most rural deliveries, received within 3-4 days of despatch.
All deliveries to New Zealand and Australia require a signature to ensure safe delivery of your parcel. Please provide a daytime delivery address where someone will be available to receive your delivery. For Australia, we are unable to deliver to a Post Office box. Please provide a physical address, this can be the street address of the Post Office if the staff there are willing to sign for the parcel on your behalf.
Please Note: If for any reason you need to redirect your parcel back to JK Kids before you have received it, there will be a charge of up to $30 passed on from the courier agents. This will be deducted from the returned items. The origional freight charge will not be refunded.
Delivery charges cover packaging, delivery and insurance.
JK Kids reserves the right to refuse an order made online at any time.

JK gift cards are a great idea for gifts. Gift cards can be used in JK stores. Each gift card is valid for one year from purchase and only able to be redeemed in the country of purchase. Once expired, they are unable to be used. The old paper gift cards and vouchers are now obsolete and invalid. Unfortunately, gift cards are currently unavailable for our Australian Customers.
